We’re here to help you prepare for your move and have included these guidelines that will help us to work with you, to make it a smooth transition.
All Residents are required to provide Farnsworth Property Management with written notice of their intent to vacate according to the terms of their lease agreement. This notice must be submitted in person, during normal business hours.
Tenants who are currently in a Lease need to submit a 60 Day Notice to Vacate the property.
Tenants who are renting month to month will submit a 30 Day Notice to Vacate the property.

Notices must be submitted by the 1st day of the month.
The rent for the last month(s) is due and payable in full, according to the Rental Agreement.
All Residents are bound to the terms of their lease agreement through the end of the lease, unless alternate arrangements have been made in writing, prior to submitting their notice of intent to vacate the property.
Under the Landlord Tenant Act, surrender of the property is not complete until all keys, and garage door remote controls, have been returned to Farnsworth Realty and Management Company.
The refund of the Security Deposit (in full, or in part) is subject to the final property inspection. Residents may be present during the inspection.
Any balance remaining in the Security Deposit will be forwarded to the resident via US Postal Mail within 14 business days.
