All rent is due and payable by the close of business, on the first day of the month.
Deposit payments must be made in person, during normal business hours.
If the 1st falls on a Sunday or Holiday, where our office is closed, rent will be accepted as on-time, through the close of the following business day.
Rent may be paid in person, prior to and on the first day of the month before the close of business, at our office: 460 S Greenfield Road, Mesa, AZ 85206.
For your convenience, we have a secure drop-box on site. Rents deposited in the drop-box, after we close, will not be processed until the following business day.
You may also pay your rent electronically through Zelle, at any time before close of business on the first day of the month.
If you use Zelle, please put the Tenant’s Name(s) and full Property Address in the note section, to ensure accurate processing. Payments made without the correct information cannot be processed and may result in late payment fees.
