Properties for Rent
Thank you for your interest in renting with Farnsworth Property Management. Applicants are required to provide Farnsworth Realty & Management Company, with the information requested within the application. We are unable to process incomplete applications. Once we receive your complete application packet, we will begin to process and verify the information provided. This process to take a minimum of TWO business days from the time that we receive your all your information. You will receive a call from us stating whether your application has been approved or denied.
Our Application Fee is $60 for the primary applicant, over 18 years of age. The fee for each additional applicant over 18 years of age is $30. This is a non-refundable fee that covers the expense of your credit and background checks. Your Application will not be processed until the Application fee is received.
You are welcome to download an application and then email it back to Leasing@FarnsworthRealty.com or drop it off during our normal business hours.
The Application Fee may be paid in person, during normal business hours, 460 S. Greenfield Road Suite 5, Mesa, AZ 85206. Our office hours are: Monday- Friday 8 am to 5 pm and Saturdays 9 am- 4 pm. Fees paid in person should be in the form of a Money Order or Cashier’s Check.
You may also pay the Application Fee electronically through Zelle at any time. If you use Zelle, please put the Applicant’s Name(s) and Property Address in the note section, to ensure accurate processing. Our Zelle Email is: Operations@ FarnsworthRealty.com
We will notify you once your application has been processed to let you know whether you have been approved.
