Trusted Active Lifestyle Authority
Farnsworth has been a trusted name in Mesa, Arizona for over 60 years.
We were the pioneers of retirement communities in Mesa and the East Valley. Our first community designed to meet the needs of active adults began when Joseph A. Farnsworth and his son, Ross, broke ground for their first development. The Farnsworths began building their dream on borrowed time from their regular jobs, working nights and weekends to build the homes. To meet the need for supplying water in the desert, Ross personally dug the water line trenches that brought water from a well and storage tank.
Their pioneering vision set a standard for age-controlled community living, as Farnsworth led the way for the growth of retirement communities in the Valley of the Sun. Needed amenities and services were conveniently located within each community where residents participate in community centered activities, events.
